Regardless of the language your voice mail is stuck in this will return your voice-mail back to English, if you have a Verizon service in the Bay Area. It may work other places as well, but the San Francisco Bay Area is the only place this voice mail key stroke has been tested.
Step 1. Call your voice mail and enter your password to unlock the voice-mail box.
Step 2. Make sure there are no messages before you enter in the number I am about to tell you. If there are messages you can press "#" to skip. Note, when pressing "#", you need to wait 2 to 4 seconds after you have pressed it to make sure you don't press "#" when there are no messages.
Step 3. If there are no messages or if you have successfully bypassed the messages using the methods described in Step 2, then you can enter the numbers.
Step 4. Now is the time to enter the code to bring your phone back to English. Note, when entering these numbers please wait at least 2 to 4 seconds before pressing the next number. And when you get to the last number, do not press any numbers until you hear the voice prompts return to English.
